These terms apply when you visit the Pressd Nails online store or purchase a Pressd Nails product. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the site.

Store use and orders

You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. We may refuse or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized, an item is unavailable, information appears inaccurate, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Products and pricing

Pressd Nails sets are handmade. Small differences in placement, color, or finish can occur and are part of the handmade process. Product photography shows real Pressd Nails sets; clearly labelled abstract world art is atmosphere only and does not represent an unrevealed nail design. Prices, availability, and product information can change before an order is placed. The price confirmed at checkout controls the order.

Application and care

Follow the directions supplied with the selected adhesive and products. Wear varies with preparation, adhesive, activity, and individual use. Remove gently and never force a nail off. Store a removed set for possible reuse; condition and reusability depend on wear and removal.

Intellectual property

The Pressd Nails name, site design, product compositions, photography, graphics, and written content are owned by or licensed to Pressd Nails. They may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Liability and changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided subject to the descriptions and policies shown at purchase, and Pressd Nails is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms by posting the revised version on this page.
