14-day returns for unused sets

We accept return requests for eligible Pressd Nails sets within 14 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the set must be completely unused, unaltered, complete, and returned in its original packaging.

What “unused” means

• No nail has been tried on, pressed against a natural nail, applied, filed, trimmed, bent, marked, stained, worn, or exposed to glue or adhesive.
• All nails remain together in their original packaging with no signs of handling or wear.
• Nail glue, adhesive tabs, prep pads, and any other sealed or single-use components remain unopened.
• All included tools, accessories, gifts, cards, and packaging are returned.

Opening the shipping mailer or outer product box to inspect the set does not by itself make it ineligible, provided every condition above is met. Pressd Nails may decline a return that shows signs of use, alteration, damage after delivery, or missing contents.

How to request a return

Email hello@pressdnails.com within 14 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and the item you want to return. Wait for return approval and instructions before mailing anything. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days after approval using a tracked service.

Return shipping and refunds

For sizing, preference, or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. If a returned package is lost before it reaches us, we cannot issue the refund, so tracked shipping is recommended.

After the return is delivered, we will inspect it and notify you of the result. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different design or size, return the eligible unused item and place a new order.

Items that cannot be returned

Used or altered nail sets, opened glue or single-use prep products, incomplete returns, gift cards, personalized or custom products, and items clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned. Complimentary, gifted, and PR packages are not eligible for a monetary refund because no purchase price was paid.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@pressdnails.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing and confirming the issue, Pressd Nails may provide a prepaid return option, refund, replacement set, or replacement nails as appropriate.

Problems during immediate first wear

If the nails appear fine when delivered but chip or break during immediate first wear, email hello@pressdnails.com within 14 calendar days after delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the circumstances and may offer a refund, replacement set, or replacement nails as appropriate.

Order changes and cancellations

Email hello@pressdnails.com within 24 hours after placing your order if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment has begun.

Shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We cannot guarantee a refund for an order that is undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address or recipient unavailability, and additional delivery charges may apply. This does not affect any rights relating to loss, damage, or an error caused by Pressd Nails or the carrier.

Handmade variation

Each set is handmade, so small differences in color, placement, texture, or detailing may occur. Normal handmade variation is not considered damage or a defect.

Rights required by law

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. If applicable law provides a cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or refund right, that right applies.
