14-day returns for unused sets

Changed your mind or selected the wrong size? You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery if the complete set is entirely unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

To qualify

• Nails must not have been tried on, applied, filed, trimmed, bent, marked, worn, or exposed to glue or adhesive.
• Glue, adhesive tabs, prep pads, and other sealed or single-use components must remain unopened.
• Every nail, tool, accessory, gift, card, and piece of original packaging must be included.

Opening the shipping mailer or outer product box to inspect the design is okay if all of the conditions above are met.

How it works

1. Email hello@pressdnails.com within 14 calendar days after delivery with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. Wait for approval and return instructions before mailing the item.
3. Ship the approved return within 7 calendar days using tracked shipping.
4. After inspection, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Customers pay return shipping for sizing, preference, or change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. We do not process direct exchanges; return the eligible set and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Email hello@pressdnails.com within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we may provide a prepaid return option, refund, replacement set, or replacement nails as appropriate.

Used or altered sets, opened single-use products, incomplete returns, gift cards, personalized or custom products, items marked final sale, and complimentary or PR packages are not eligible for a monetary refund. Rights required by applicable law still apply.
